Crossing Boundaries – Socially Engaged Arts in a Global Context

Socially engaged arts often take place within local communities, yet similar practices are happening around the world in different contexts and under different challenges. This online event will bring together artists and practitioners from across the globe to explore:

  • How can socially engaged artists from different parts of the world inspire new ways of thinking in the UK?
  • What innovative approaches can help artists and organisations navigate challenges and create meaningful change?
  • How can we work across boundaries—cultural, structural, and systemic—while ensuring sustainable and ethical practices?
