Reports on an ArtWorks North East project involving 35 artists, with varied experience in participatory arts, to take part in structured opportunities to reflect with peers on their experiences, in pairs and groups (large and small). Supported by reflective journal-keeping, the artists identified a number of ‘critical factors’, skills and qualities they believed should inform future training design.
